You have:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with at least 2-3 years of experience working in strategy, operations, or data analysis.
- Technical proficiency with data; demonstrated ability to clean, structure, and analyze data using Excel is required.
- Experience providing guidance and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders on technology solutions.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with varied audiences.
- Experience living or working in resource-limited contexts.
- Demonstrated analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills.
- High levels of proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Ability and willingness to travel approximately 30-40% of the year.
