Overview
Lead analytical, strategic, and implementation workstreams for ASD work.
You have:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Public Health, Economics, Business, Population Studies, Social Sciences, or a related field
- At least 4 years of professional experience in demanding, result-oriented environments across public and/or private sectors; experience with digital platforms is a strong plus.
- Demonstrated ability to lead large projects, design interventions, and contribute to proposal/concept note development
- Excellent analytical (qualitative and quantitative) skills and strong written and oral communication abilities, including preparation of high-quality presentations and analyses for multiple audiences
- Fluency in English, written and verbal; working proficiency in Hindi is an advantage
- Strong diplomatic and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain relationships across diverse stakeholders
- Entrepreneurial mindset with demonstrated ability to work independently on complex projects in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multi-task with a high degree of ownership and commitment to excellence
