Organizational Setting and Reporting Relationship
The position of Communications Officer is assigned to the Office of the Chief Economist and Director General (EROD) within the Economic Research and Development Impact Department (ERDI). You will be based at our Headquarters in Manila, Philippines.
You will report to Deputy Chief Economist, EROD and may oversee consultants engaged in activities related to your role.
Your Role
As a (Associate) Communications Officer, you will help raise the profile of ERDI’s knowledge work among ADB and external clients through communications planning and implementation, in close coordination with the Department of Communications and Knowledge Management (DOCK). . You will contribute to the production of multimedia products and their dissemination through ERDI’s websites and social media. You will provide art direction for electronic and print publishing products, ensuring that ADB’s design standards and software are in line with industry best practices; and support the improvement of user interface of ERDI electronic products.
