OBJECTIVES OF THE PROGRAMME

Le Groupe OrganiqueManagement General et Coordination (GMC) est responsable de la bonne gestionadministrative et financiere au Bureau regional. L'Unite OSS qui fait partie dece groupe a pour objectif d'assurer la prestation efficace et efficiente des servicesadministratifs.

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES

Sous la supervision generale du Gestionnaire Regional desServices Administratifs et la supervision directe de l'Administrateur devoyages, le/la titulaire du poste devra accomplir les taches ci-apresTraiteret suivre les demandes d'immatriculation et d'etablissement des cartes grisesdes vehiculesDiplomatiques officielles du Bureau regional et ceux desfonctionnaires diplomates aupres de I IAdministration congolaise.(Ministere des Affaires etrangeres, Direction Generale de la Surveillance duTerritoire, Direction Generale des Transports Terrestres...)Traiteret suivre les demandes de conversion de permis de conduire etrangers,d'etablissement de permis international aupres de la Direction Generale desTransports Terrestres.Traiteret suivre les demandes de visa long sejour en Republique du Congo, et descartes d'identite diplomatiques aupres du Ministere des Affaires etrangeres etde la Direction de l'Immigration.Traiteret suivre les demandes d'admission en franchise douaniere aupres du Ministeredes Affaires etrangeres et du Ministere des Finances, du budget et duportefeuille public (Direction Generale des Douanes et Droits Indirects).Traiteret suivre les demandes de prorogation des declarations douanieres l'al'importation (IM5 et IM4) des vehicules de service et ceux des fonctionnairesdiplomates aupres des Douanes congolaises.Assurerle contact regulier avec les etablissements de transit dans le cadre de lareception et ou de l'expedition des vehicules en provenance de l'exterieur ouen reexportation.Prendredes dispositions pour obtenir des assurances pour la perte ou accident debagages tel que requis,Assurerla demande et renouvellements des E-UNLP,Assurerl'acheminant des effets personnels des membres du personnel pour les voyagesstatutaires,Preparerles statistiques et faire des rapports aux superviseurs sur les actionsnecessaires pour resoudre tout differends ou conflits.Suivi de la mise en place d'un systeme de classement complet et exhaustif desstaffs internationaux afin d'enregistrer toutes les donnees et documentationspertinentes aupres du Ministere des Affaires Etrangeres, des autoritesdouanieres et d'autres autorites locales.12. Fairele suivi des demandes aupres du Ministere des Affaires Etrangeres et sinecessaire prendre attache avec les autres Ministeres et/ou autorites localespour accelerer les demandes ou formalites de dedouanement.13. A la demande du superviseur, executer au besointoute autre tache connexe pour assurer le bon fonctionnement du service Travel.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education

Essential: Fin d'etudes secondaires suivies d'une formation en Administrationgenerale. Desirable: Une formation en gestion et relation.Formation en matierediplomatique, protocolaire et douaniere ou une Formation equivalente en gestionde la logistique de voyage, transport et hebergement.

Experience

Essential: Au moins 10 ans d lexperience cumulee dans un emploisimilaire, relation internationale, services consulaires, transport aerien,douanes, logistique. Desirable: Une experience dans l'administration, les operations, la logistique devoyage, la gestion, dans le secteur prive ou dans les Agences des Nations Uniesou institutions similaires.

Skills

Connaissance des rouages administratifs, de tous lesmecanismes protocolaires et de toutes les formalites en matiere de douane.Aptitude particuliere pour les relations publiques, lagestion du personnel, des finances.Efficace competences en communication, y compris unebonne capacite a la redaction des correspondances, rapport et annonces.Capacitede respecter les delais d'execution des taches.

REMUNERATION

WHO offers staff in the General Services category an attractive remuneration package, which for the above position includes an annual net base salary starting at XAF 14,437,000 (subject to mandatory deductions for pension contributions and health insurance, as applicable) and 30 days of annual leave.
