You have:
- A high school diploma is required.
- Limited working experience, preferably in affixing stamps on covers is required.
- Experience in working in a philatelic oriented business is required.
- Good manual skills to handle stamps and other philatelic products is required.
- Professionalism, client-orientation and responsibility is required.
- Good knowledge of UNPA philatelic products is desirable.
- Good knowledge of postal rules and regulations is desirable.
- Flexibility in working days is desirable.
- Good knowledge of English and German is required.
- Knowledge of another official United Nations language is an advantage.

Duties and Responsibilities
Under the direct supervision of the Supervisor, Mail and Operations Unit, and overall guidance of the Officer-in-Charge, UNPA Europe, the contractor will assist in preparing materials needed for the filling of orders in a timely manner and put together order batches/stock movements as requested. Other duties include affixing of stamps on First Day Covers (FDCs) according to the agreed upon sample as well as the checking, sorting, recording and distribution of mail-outs and assisting in peak work load assignments required to meet critical deadlines. Location of work will be homebased at the UNPA Order Filling Office, Vienna International Centre, Wagramerstrasse 5, 1400 Vienna, Austria.

Languages
English and French are the working languages of the United Nations Secretariat. For this post, good knowledge of English and German is required. Knowledge of another official United Nations language is an advantage.
