AJTKD is currently seeking Online Volunteers to collaborate with our international team. Volunteers will play a key role in helping identify funding sources to support our mission and projects.

We are looking for 5 experienced Online Volunteers to support our fundraising team by researching potential donor organizations and open funding opportunities. Volunteers will work closely with our team to map possible sources of support for our ongoing projects and strategic initiatives.
Specific tasks include:
- Conducting detailed research on funding opportunities and donor organizations;
- Presenting innovative ideas and relevant findings to the team;
- Optionally, supporting grant writing and reviewing draft proposals — only for volunteers with demonstrated prior experience in grant writing.
Important: Online Volunteers must never be requested to make donations (in-kind or financial) or to solicit donations from third parties.
Assignment to begin in June 2025.
Experience in donor research, fundraising strategy, or nonprofit business analysis is desirable. Creativity, initiative, and the ability to work well in teams are valued. Experience in grant writing is not required, but strongly preferred for those interested in the optional proposal-writing task. International or cross-cultural experience is a bonus.
