• In consultation with the CEO, COO and Team leaders, contribute to the development and implementation of the strategic plan to improve engagement and support of PAAJAF activities, through key partnerships with other NGO, companies and stakeholders. • To develop a comprehensive partnership framework by carrying out an appropriate partner mapping. • To produce a 12-month action plan with clear goals, activities and responsibilities, to gradually broaden the partnership network. • To monitor and follow-up on all partnership aspects and coordinate the implementation of the programs, initiatives and other events at PAAJAF Foundation. • Ability to conduct quarterly visits to the school in Gbawe to report other resources needed

    We are currently seeking a volunteer Partnership Manager in Ghana who will assist in moving the PAAJAF Foundation’s mission and vision forward to help serve underprivileged children in the Gbawe region of Ghana. The Partnership Manager position is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to give back to the community and help those in need. The PAAJAF Foundation is an educational non-government organization founded in 2007 to serve underprivileged children in the Gbawe region of Ghana. PAAJAF Foundation has been providing education to children in the Gbawe community, who could not find a place at the public school or who were already working due to their families’ lack of financial resources. PAAJAF Foundation foremost goal is to end poverty in our community where illiteracy is 45% and only one public school exists to serve a population of 44,000, upholding the United Nations agenda to eradicate global poverty through educational opportunities. **Must be in Ghana ***

  • Volunteers: 1 needed

  • 6-10 hours per week / 12 weeks

    • Demonstrated highly developed written and oral communication skills • Excellent communicator with strong written and reporting and research skills, and an excellent ability to influence verbally to persuade with diplomacy and tact. • Extensive experience in partner capacity development role at senior level. • Ability to work cooperatively in a cross-cultural setting with several long-distance working relationships across time zone. ***Must be in Ghana.***
