Assist in strategic planning for PAAJAF Foundation

We are looking for 1 volunteer to assist us with writing a strategic plan for our organization. This strategic plan will outline the current issues in our existing performance evaluation process and provide a streamlined solution to address these issues. The online volunteer will be part of the planning team and will do research, discuss and coordinate with the project manager to build the plan. The volunteers will be interviewed through Google Meet in the screening phase, after that he/she will be communicating on a weekly basis with the corresponding personnel through MS Teams and email. The volunteer is required to provide proof of his experience in strategic planning.

  PAAJAF Foundation is focused on empowering children at our school to transform their lives through education. We rely heavily on productivity to reach our objectives. This volunteer will be responsible for building a process to monitor productivity and task completion. This will help us pro-actively identify teams that need more support (helping us identify when to recruit additional support and/or adjust project timelines).

• 6-10 hours per week / 12 weeks

  Strategic planning and project management experience is required. Excellent English skills on a native level.
