You have:
- Graduated professional in Industrial Relations, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources or related fields.
- More than 4 years of progressive experience in the area of Human Resources, with at least one year of experience in human resources operations in various international humanitarian contexts.
- More than 2 years leading recruitment and selection processes.
- Experience providing training to new staff on their area of expertise and organizational induction to new members of other areas/units.
- Experience in performance management processes.
- Advanced proficiency in spoken and written Spanish and intermediate proficiency in English.

CONTEXTO ORGANIZATIVO Y FINALIDAD DEL PUESTO:
El Programa Mundial de Alimentos (WFP, por sus siglas en inglés) es la organización humanitaria líder que salva vidas y cambia vidas, brindando asistencia alimentaria en emergencias y trabajando con las comunidades para mejorar la nutrición y crear resiliencia, asistiendo cada año a más de 100 millones de personas en 88 países.
En este nivel, los titulares deben utilizar su espíritu de iniciativa y sus conocimientos en la esfera de competencia para responder autónomamente a consultas disponiendo solo de orientaciones de orden general. Se requiere que hagan uso de buen criterio frente a los problemas imprevistos que puedan surgir a diario. Los titulares deben administrar recursos e instruir y coordinar a un equipo de funcionarios de apoyo.
La finalidad de esta posición es prestar toda una serie de servicios de apoyo en el ámbito de los recursos humanos para apoyar la aplicación precisa de las políticas y procedimientos del PMA y facilitar el funcionamiento eficaz de unos servicios de recursos humanos estratégicos y centrados en el cliente.
RESPONSABILIDADES PRINCIPALES (lista indicativa y no exhaustiva)
1. Proporcionar asistencia sobre una amplia gama de consultas complejas sobre recursos humanos y encargarse de las medidas de seguimiento correspondientes, para garantizar que se presten a los clientes servicios de recursos humanos coherentes y de alta calidad.
2. Asignar responsabilidades y respaldar el aprendizaje en el empleo y el desarrollo del personal de apoyo subalterno, para garantizar que este tenga un conocimiento suficiente de los sistemas y los procedimientos de recursos humanos necesarios para desempeñar sus funciones y, posteriormente, pueda contribuir a la prestación de servicios de recursos humanos eficaces.
3. Determinar las necesidades cambiantes del PMA y recomendar cambios en los procesos y procedimientos de recursos humanos, para apoyar las mejoras en los servicios de recursos humanos.
4. Analizar y responder a las diversas consultas internas y externas, para garantizar que los clientes estén bien informados y que las actividades del equipo de recursos humanos se ajusten a los objetivos generales del PMA.
5. Examinar y compilar una gran variedad de datos acerca de la contratación y selección de personal, las condiciones contractuales, los derechos, los requisitos de desempeño y formación, la fuerza de trabajo, etc., para apoyar las necesidades de análisis y presentación de informes.
6. Prestar apoyo a las actividades realizadas en las esferas de actividad asignadas por el oficial de categoría profesional de conformidad con los procesos y procedimientos pertinentes.
7. Ayudar y prestar servicios de acogida a los nuevos funcionarios que se incorporan al PMA, para garantizar que se apliquen los procesos pertinentes y se expliquen y comprendan las condiciones de servicio.
8. Preparar una serie de documentos complejos de recursos humanos necesarios en la esfera de actividad específica (por ejemplo, contratos de trabajo, cartas de traslado/separación del servicio, documentos relacionados con la capacitación, etc.), garantizando la exactitud y respetando los plazos establecidos.
9. Otros según sea requerido.
CUALIFICACIONES REQUERIDAS:
Educación: Profesional graduado de las carreras Relaciones Industriales, Psicología mención Organizacional, Recursos Humanos o afines.
Experiencia:
- Más de 4 años de experiencia progresiva en el área de Recursos Humanos. Al menos un año de experiencia en las normas de funcionamiento de los servicios de recursos humanos en diversos contextos humanitarios internacionales.
- Más de 2 años liderando procesos de reclutamiento y selección
- Ha impartido capacitación a nuevos miembros del personal en su esfera de especialización y les ha prestado apoyo ad hoc, así como introducción organizacional a nuevos miembros de otras áreas/unidades.
- Experiencia dando seguimiento a procesos de gestión del desempeño.
Idiomas: Dominio Avanzado, hablado y escrito, del español e intermedio del idioma inglés.
