You have:
- Technical, technologist or professional in social sciences and/or economics or related fields.
- Minimum six months of experience in programs with cash transfer components.
- Preferably have experience in humanitarian programs and international cooperation.
- Experience or knowledge of the targeted municipalities (Desirable).
- Good management of databases, statistics, graphs, dashboards, technology such as tablets for capturing information and uploading online, and MS Office package.
- Availability to remain 90% of the time on the field.
