Assist communities in activities that enhance their well-being, focusing on food security practices.

You have:

  • Experience as a participant in the VenEsperanza program, preferably in Food security and livelihoods components: entrepreneurship, savings, allowing for a direct understanding of the program's objectives and methodologies.
  • Valid identification documents that allow legal work in Colombia.
  • Technical, technologist, or university student in early years of related fields such as Social Sciences, Administration, Entrepreneurship, Community Development, or related careers.
  • 2 years of experience in community mobilization, social work, workshop facilitation, or similar activities related to development projects, humanitarian assistance, or socioeconomic inclusion.
  • Proficiency in Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
  • Effective communication with diverse communities, particularly in vulnerable contexts.
  • Ability to organize and coordinate community activities, ensuring participation of participants.
  • Empathy, leadership, and facilitation skills that motivate participants and build trust in their socioeconomic integration.
  • Willingness to work in the field and travel to communities where the program is implemented.
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and solve problems on the ground.
