Support project implementation through administrative and accounting tasks.
You have:
- Education in Business Administration or similar field required.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in similar positions.
- Proficiency in computer tools is required.
- Ability to manage logistical operations efficiently.
- Ability to drive a 4x4 vehicle and/or motorcycle.

Key Responsibilities:
El asistente administrativo contable de realizar operaciones logísticas para asegurar el apoyo al personal del proyecto en la implementación del mismo, así como el registro de las transacciones contables relacionadas con pagos, anticipos y reembolsos de gastos, de acuerdo a las políticas administrativas y financieras de la Organización, estableciendo las comunicaciones necesarias con el Centro de Servicios Compartidos (CSC) a fin de garantizar información confiable. Gestionar en coordinación con los equipos técnicos todo el proceso las requisiciones de Compras del Proyecto.
Educación: Perito Mercantil y Contador Público, Bachiller en
Administración de Empresas, o afín.
Habilidades técnicas:
Manejo de Herramientas computacionales.
Ágilidad
Conducir vehículo 4x4 y/o motocicleta
Experiencia: Dos a tres años de experiencia en puesto similares
