You have:
- 1 year of experience in microfinance (sales, customer service, and field work)
- High school diploma
- Recent experience in group credit is mandatory
- Enjoy fieldwork (cambaceo)
- Enjoy sales, strong communication skills, dynamism, and proactivity

Key Responsibilities:
