Key Responsibilities:

 Cumplir con los indicadores y metas asignadas correspondientes del Crédito Individual  Estar al día conforme a las capacitaciones correspondientes del puesto asignado  Cambaceo y apertura de nichos de mercados de Microempresarios con necesidad de Crédito Individual  Asegurar el cumplimiento y correcta aplicación de las políticas, procesos y protocolos de VFM.  Resultados orientados a la satisfacción del cliente  Analizar cuantitativamente y cualitativamente el negocio de los prospectos con el fin de generar una cartera sana  Dar seguimiento a la gestión de cobranza con el cliente moroso, dejar constancia y llenar los formatos correspondientes  Integrar correctamente los expedientes de los créditos generados  Atención de prospectos y clientes en sucursal  Compromiso con la Misión, Visión y Valores Organizacionales.
