NRC is looking for an Area Support Manager to join the Afghanistan mission. The role holder will be responsible for provision of support to the Finance, Human Resources & Administration, Logistics, and Information & Communications Technology functions, and will provide high-quality and efficient support for programme implementation.

What You Will Do
- Support function’s strategic input facilitation into the Country strategy.
- Project / programme implementation quality support.
- Structures, systems, human resources, procedures, regulations, guidelines, and tools development.
- Budget and business process outsourcing facilitation.
- Proposal development operational input.
- Line management and capacity building of support staff.
- Technical support.
