Manage Area Programs to support vulnerable children effectively

You have:

• Minimum of 4 years coordinator experience in Program/project with a thorough understanding of all areas of project management cycles.
• Demonstrated track record in proposal development, funding acquisitions and grant management for major government donors preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in social studies, Business Administration, Rural development, social studies or any related field.
• Complete Project Management for NGO Course.
• Strong budgetary, DME and financial management skills.
• Good interpersonal, organizational and time management skills.
• Computer literate in Microsoft office, lotus notes or similar database, email and internet programs.

This position is responsible for providing overall leadership and management for Area Programs (AP) in accordance with relevant strategies (e.g. national, sectors, disaster preparedness plan) and all organization ‘s policies and standard. The position is also responsible to ensure the quality of ministry in AP area by managing and coordinating AP staff, developing and strengthening cooperation with partners especially operating model/implementing partner.

KNOWLEDGE/QUALIFICATION FOR THE ROLE:
