Support effective implementation and continuous improvement of TB project activities.

You have:

Graduate or Post-Graduate in Science, Engineering, Management, Public Health or related field
Minimum three years of relevant work experience in analytics, research, or M&E
Demonstrated ability to work with government administrative data systems; experience extracting, restructuring, and analysing data from Nikshay or similar platforms preferred
Ability to build, maintain, and troubleshoot semi-automated data workflows
Experience designing qualitative data collection tools and producing analytic summaries from field interviews or dipstick enquiries
Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills with the ability to synthesise complex data for a diverse audience
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; experience with data visualisation tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Hindi
Willingness to travel extensively (approximately 30% of their time) within the programme state
Preference given to candidates with prior experience in government stakeholder management
