Overview
Support health initiatives focusing on reproductive health.
You have:
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, social sciences, project management or related field. A Master will be an additional asset.
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional experience in health programs and/or community health.
- Fluency in Wolof and French is required, with the ability to communicate in English at an intermediate level, both in writing and orally.
- Thorough understanding of reproductive health and family planning.
- Proficiency in Microsoft tools: PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.
- Ability to organize and coordinate meetings and workshops and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
- Ability to write high-quality technical documents, including data-driven reports, and present them in narrative and graphic form.
- Ability to analyze and synthesize a wide range of information.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and urgent environment with high efficiency and maximum impact.
- Diplomatic and interpersonal skills: ability to communicate effectively and build lasting relationships with people from diverse professional and cultural backgrounds.
- Ability to navigate complex government processes and influence decision-making in a professional and collaborative manner.
