You have:
- Degree in Computer Systems Engineering or related fields.
- Proficiency in English (desired).
- Skills and knowledge in managing enterprise computer networks.
- Skills and knowledge in server and connectivity administration.
- Skills and knowledge in managing information security in enterprise environments.
- Basic knowledge of electrical power and related systems (UPS, inverters, batteries, generators, switches, etc.).
- 1 year of experience in similar positions.

El analista de soporte TI Colabora en mantener el funcionamiento de la infraestructura tecnológica de la organización de manera eficiente, segura, operativa, constantemente monitoreadas y con una planeación adecuada y propiamente documentada, con el fin de satisfacer las necesidades del negocio y de los usuarios.
Requisitos:
Ingeniería o de termino en Sistemas de Computación o afines.
Dominio del idioma inglés (deseado)
Habilidades y conocimientos en manejo de redes informáticas empresariales.
Habilidades y conocimientos en administración de servidores y sistemas de conectividad.
Habilidades y conocimiento en administración de la seguridad de la información en entornos empresariales.
Conocimientos básicos de energía eléctrica y sistemas relacionados (UPS, inversores, baterías, generadores eléctricos, interruptores, etc.)
Experiencia de 1 año en puestos similares.
