Overview
Recrutez 20 agents de terrain pour renforcer la sécurité alimentaire.
You have:
- Avoir bouclé au moins deux (2) années d’université et/ou d’un centre professionnel reconnu.
- Avoir l’expérience dans la mobilisation et la sensibilisation de masse
- Pouvoir rédiger un rapport
- Avoir une parfaite connaissance des zones d’intervention du programme
- Avoir une bonne maîtrise dans la formation des groupes de personnes de profils différents
- Avoir une bonne condition physique et mentale
- Pouvoir communiquer avec des groupes de personnes de niveaux de scolarisation différents
- Être capable de gérer une foule
- Pouvoir travailler dans des conditions sécuritaires difficiles
- Être respectueux, organisé et soucieux.
- Excellentes capacités de présentation orale
- Être flexible.
- Avoir une expérience de travail dans le domaine avec Mercy Corps est un atout.
