Overview
Recruit 20 Field Agents for training and support in the ''Rezilyans Ayiti'' project.
You have:
- Minimum deux ans d'université et/ou d'un centre professionnel
- Avoir une parfaite connaissance des zones d'intervention du programme
- Au moins 1 an d'expérience professionnelle dans la mobilisation, la sensibilisation et la formation des groupes de personnes vulnérables
- Capacité à planifier, organiser, superviser, communiquer avec des groupes de personnes
- Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office (en particulier MS Excel et Word)
- Expérience de l'utilisation de Comcaire pour la collecte de données quantitatives
- Capacité à rédiger un rapport
- Attitude positive et volonté d'apprendre
- Capacité à travailler dans un environnement interculturel nécessitant de la flexibilité
- Capacité à travailler de manière indépendante et sous supervision
- Souci du détail
- Flexibilité et aptitude à travailler dans des situations d'urgence
- Esprit d'équipe et capacité à créer un climat de travail positif
- Sérieux, capacité d'adaptation et enthousiasme
- Bon sens de l'organisation et des priorités
- Ponctualité, rigueur, honnêteté et sens de la confidentialité
