- Strong communication skills in both French and English.
- Understanding of humanitarian principles and context in Mali.
- Ability to develop and implement media strategies.

Le Conseil Norvégien pour les Réfugiés travaille au Mali depuis 2013. L'organisation dispose d'un bureau de coordination à Bamako, et de bureaux de terrain situés dans les régions : Mopti (avec des bureaux satellites à Tenekou, Koro et Djene), Tombouctou, Gao, Ménaka et Ségou. Pour pouvoir répondre aux besoins des populations touchées par les conflits, les déplacements et les aléas climatiques, NRC met en œuvre des programmes dans les domaines suivants : éducation, abris, eau, assainissement et hygiène (WASH) ; mécanismes de réponse rapide (RRM) ; information, conseil et assistance juridique (ICLA) ; moyens de subsistance et sécurité alimentaire ; et protection contre la violence, le bureau national recherche un coordinateur.trice de plaidoyer, des médias et de la liaison pour accompagner la réalisation du programme
