It includes a Cities Component which is implemented by the Cities Unit.

The consultant will support the Cities Unit’s programmatic efforts on food systems and urban agriculture, including supporting the coordination and roll out of UNEP’s advocacy and communication strategy around the International Day of Awareness of Food Loss and Waste (IDAFLW), observed every year on 29 September.

The consultant will also support the development and launch of a new report developed within the Branch “Spotlight Publication on Responsible Mining for the Green Transition: An Integrated Lifecycle-Based Approach” and its dissemination with relevant audiences at energy and climate fora.
