This is a RLG-14 contract. This kind of contract is known as Relocation Grant. More about RLG-14 contracts.

Org. Setting and Reporting The incumbent is responsible to Chief Infrastructure and Camp Improvement Programme JFO. S/he will carry out the administrative work of the program related to HR, Finance, Maintenance, and Security, Administration and Supply matters and others.

Responsibilities In accordance with Agency policy and procedures, the incumbent:

•Assists the PM in carrying out the administrative work of the program HR, Finance, Maintenance, Security, Administration and Supply matters and in particular: 1.Controls and monitor budget expenditures in coordination with the PM 2.Prepares staffing table proposal and RPAs, and maintains staffing table records 3.Coordinates and ensures provision of various supplies and maintenance to Programme. 4.Ensures that all utility bills within camps under project are verified by respective heads of installations and paid in due time approved by PM 5.Assists in supervising clerical. Administrative, and general services staff including timely renew of staff contracts as per instruction of the PM. 6.Follows up issues with government and non-government agencies when needed.

•Works with Programme supervisors to ensure proper compliance with the agency Rules and Regulations.

•Collects, compiles and analyses statistical data related to the Programme and maintain up-to-date records and files on the projects.

•Drafts correspondence, prepare and assists in the preparation of monthly and periodic reports and statistical data relating to staffing, procurement, training, incidents, building maintenance and prepare expenditure forecasts,

•Prepares and submit contractor’s payments requests and follow up release of payments with finance department.

•Assists in organizing meetings, events, and visits, and represents the program in meetings and events (may summaries of such meetings ) as and when requested by the PM and follow up accordingly

•Work on all SAP applications after get a training and access.

•Monitors the schedules of supervisors and arranges for meetings and appointments , Screen visitors and telephone calls , brings forward matters to the attention of supervisors, including deadlines and pending matters and handle routine correspondence as required,

•Carry out routine action requiring the gathering and compiling of files and other information; contracts others organizations, departments, and units to obtain or coordinate material or information as required.

•Performs such other duties as may be assigned.

Education •A university degree in administration, business administration or any other related field.

Work Experience •Four years' experience in administrative work related to office management, clerical, personal, procurement and general administration.

•Computer literacy good knowledge of word processing (Arabic and English) data base systems and other related office tools.

Languages •Good command of spoken and written English and Arabic

Assessment Evaluation of qualified candidates may include an assessment exercise which may be followed by competency-based interview.

Special Notice Contract Status :

Limited Duration Contract (LDC); Six months duration renewable; Appointment subject to funding confirmation, satisfactory performance and continuity of need.

Benefits:

- LDC: Band “F”/ S1 Monthly salary is JD JD 1,057.70 Fils Contract Status: 6 Months (Extendable) subject to availability of funds, satisfactory performance of the incumbent and the continuing need for the post).
