You have:
- Enrolment in a graduate degree programme of a recognized institution in Business Administration, Public Administration, Human Resources, Accounting or related field.
- Be enrolled in the final academic year of a first university degree program (minimum Bachelor's level or equivalent); or have graduated with a university degree.
- Completed University studies not more than a year at the time of applying.
- Fluency in spoken, written, listening and reading English is required for the internship.
- Knowledge of French is an advantage.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Support in day to day filing and maintenance of documents; • Assist staff in processing requests for equipment, supplies, extension of UN IDs, transport/hotel bookings(in-coming staff/Missions); • Prepare and regularly update spreadsheet on the cost recoveries for private telephone calls and support in cost recovery of the same and personal usage of official vehicles; • Assist staff/front office with organizing meetings by booking venues and catering services; • Take notes/prepare minutes during the Admin Team meetings and follow-up on action points; • Any other duty that will enhance the skills of the intern in administration and management of the Unit
Qualifications/special skills

Languages
English and French are the working languages of the United Nations Secretariat. Fluency in spoken, written, listening and reading English is required for the internship. Knowledge of an French is an advantage.
