You have:
- Experience in providing administrative support effectively and efficiently.
- Demonstrated ability in customer service with internal and external partners.

- Valid driver's license and the ability to drive Mission vehicles.
- Ability to handle clerical tasks and travel arrangements.
The Administrative Clerk/MD Chauffeur serves as the principal administrative support person for the Executive Office, operating independently to ensure that administrative functions are performed effectively, efficiently, and in a manner that promotes harmony and problem-solving, ensuring other Office staff members may be more effective. The incumbent also serves as the designated Mission Director (MD) Chauffeur. The Administrative Clerk is the primary contact person responsible for Office customer service to internal and external partners and other stakeholders, including Mission staff, contractors/suppliers, host-government officials, the Embassy, USAID/Washington, and other customers. Areas where the incumbent will provide support include clerical duties as assigned, to include travel and petty cash taskers, GLAAS requisitioning support in the Executive Office, administration of the Mission’s Communication & Records Management program and responsibility for driving Mission vehicles to transport the Mission Director to and from work, and to a wide variety of official and unofficial meetings, functions, and/or events.
