Long Description ---------------- 1. Perform administrative procurement activities in a timely and efficient manner, to support programme staff in the acquisition of goods and services for efficient field operations. 2. Conduct surveys, compile data and information including supporting the preparation of benchmarks to facilitate the successful procurement of programs and operational activities. 3. Prepare benchmarks of procurement services, participate in the evaluation of offers and in the negotiation of contracts ensuring standard processes are followed. Long Description ---------------- 4.Review, record purchasing requests, ensuring all supporting documentation is received, and funding is available, to enable the procurement of goods and services. 5.Coordinate and monitor the delivery of procurement requisitions, verifying receipt and inspection of deliverables, and performing follow up actions. 6.Research, collate and present information in a standard format, to enable informed-decision-making and consistency of information presented to concerned staff. Long Description ---------------- 7.Update, manage and maintain relevant databases of suppliers and records, to ensure the information is accurate, organized, and available for others to access, and supports reporting requirements. 8\. Assist in the preparation, cost estimation and finalization of budget reports, carry out preliminary analysis of variances between budgets and actual expenditures, cross check consistency of figures. 9\. Review overall accuracy and consistency of draft reports, cross-check consistency of figures. 10\.
