This is a UNV National Specialist contract. This kind of contract is known as National UN Volunteer. It is normally only for nationals. More about UNV National Specialist contracts.

Under the direct supervision of the National Coordinator, the Project Admin Assistant provides support services ensuring high quality, accuracy and consistency of work. He/she works in close collaboration with the project staff, operations and programme as required to exchange information and support project delivery. The Project Admin Assistant will provide administrative and programmatic support as guided by project manager.

The Project Admin Assistant will provide administrative and programmatic support as guided by project manager. He/she will perform the followings: - Provide general office assistance and handle routine administrative tasks. - Follow up on day-to-day financial and administrative activities of the project including managing travel arrangement, information dissemination, correspondence and translation; - Liaise with the project team to ensure timely submission of progress reports, plans and relevant documents. - Follow-up with finance, procurement, travel and human resources units and ensure timely delivery of services. - Maintain all project files and records and update project inventory records; - Creation of requisitions in Atlas for development projects, register of goods receipt in Atlas, prepare complete requests to procurement and follow up. - Prepare requests and vouchers for payments and submit to finance unit through RDP and DocuSign. - Collect and review financial reports and any supporting documents submitted by responsible parties of the ERRYII component and file them in the SharePoint. - Compile, copy and file all project financial reports (CDR) and filing. - Provide administrative and financial support to the project finance associate as needed. - Any other related tasks as may be required or assigned by the supervisor.

-On administrative and operational support in relevant context. - Knowledge of UNDP programme management procedures and policies, including experience with Atlas is an asset. - Experience in the usage of computers and office software packages (MS Word, Excel, etc.). - Proven experience in archiving and filing system.

As this is a national UN Volunteer assignment, the UN Volunteer will be responsible for arranging his/her own housing and other living essentials.
