IIEP was established in 1963 as an integral part of UNESCO. It supports ministries of education around the world and other key actors to plan and manage education systems through its programmes of training, technical assistance, policy research and knowledge sharing. **OVERVIEW OF THE FUNCTIONS OF THE POST** ----------------------------------------- Under the overall authority of the Director, IIEP and direct supervision of the Programme Specialist in Training and Education Programmes (TEP) Unit , the incumbent will supporting administrative tasks related to the implementation of an online course directed at technical staff within Ministries of Education in UNESCO Member States. The incumbent will also perform administrative tasks in support of the TEP ‘s various core activities of the TEP Unit.
