Overview

Support housing transition for clients through outreach and coordination.

You have:

  • High school diploma required; some university education preferred.
  • Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills. Additional language capacity preferred.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office programs including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Must be well-organized, reliable, professional, detail-oriented and flexible.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license, active insurance policy, and access to reliable transportation.

Major Responsibilities:

- Conduct ongoing outreach to current and potential landlords and property managers, building strong working relationships with the goal of transitioning clients from temporary to permanent housing. - Support the identification of secure safe, sanitary, and affordable housing in compliance with established program requirements. - Conduct viewings of potential housing options to ensure that housing meets programmatic requirements. - Support quality assurance efforts and satisfy recordkeeping requirements. - Assist with coordination for home move-ins and delivery of housing supplies.

- Standard office environment.

Compensation: Posted pay ranges apply to US-based candidates. Ranges are based on various factors including the labor market, job type, internal equity, and budget. Exact offers are calibrated by work location, individual candidate experience and skills relative to the defined job requirements.
