Administration support for our Human Resources department

We are looking for 3 experienced volunteers to support our team with administration for a duration of 12-15 weeks. These volunteers will be involved in supporting our recruitment process (assisting in screening CVs and conducting follow-ups with hiring managers), and helping with general HR documentation (maintaining a current organization chart as our team grows and connecting with team members to clarify missing information). Volunteers will be required to check in with HR leader weekly and will be asked to complete necessary tasks independently.

Volunteers: 3 needed
6-10 hours per week / 15 weeks
Candidates should have previous experience with general administrative tasks, be flexible to work around different time zones, be familiar with tools such as MS Teams or similar, able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines, intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft applications, have excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Secured access to internet is crucial. A degree in business administration or related fields is considered an asset.
