Join our team to facilitate procurement and support administrative functions.
You have:
- Facilitate procurement requests for the departments at the AP.
- Support the issuance of POs for projects and departments.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Manage support services staff and maintain office supplies.

Key Responsibilities:

(Supply chain)
- Facilitate procurement request for the departments at the AP.
- Support the GSD with issuance of POs for projects and depts.
- Ensure that financial transactions specifically invoices are submitted monthly are within financial and administrative policies and procedures.
- Support the Administration Supervisor to ensure that all office practices are compliant with administrative & finance policies and procedures.
40%
(Office/admin support)
- Ensure that Passports and renewals are done on a timely manner
- Ensure security protocols and procedures are followed in the day-to-day operations of National office.
- Support the Administrative Supervisor in providing prompt customer services to carry out and accomplish the goals of Administration unit.
- Manage support services staff and ensure office is properly maintained/cleaned and stock levels (kitchen rations, cleaning detergents, office supplies) are well stocked.
20%
(Staff support)
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with service providers to obtain the best rates.
- Ensure integration of work with other team members in Administration unit.
- Support the Admin Coordinator in working with different office clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
