The Administrative intern will support the Regional Administrative Coordinator to achieve her daily tasks and Objectives . You will be working in close partnership with Finance department and Supply Chain departement .

K****ey Responsabilities :

Under the supervision of the Administrative Coordinator, the Administrative Intern will:

  • Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed
  • Administration of supply and assets management: assets under 1000 USD: updating and disposal of old items
  • Prepare documents for visa applications (note verbal, invitation letters etc.)
  • Support with the organization of workshops in coordination with other staff
  • Requirements The Candidate must possess strong organizational skills

    Proficiency in MS Office: Word, Excel,

    Ability to manage and work under pressure with minimal supervision

    Communicates effectively when working in teams and independently

    Required Skills and Experience

  • Prior experience with administration and logistics work would be an asset;
  • Proven ability to manage diverse and complex tasks, with tight deadlines;
  • Able to work effectively in a team and in an international environment;
  • Administrative skills in the organization of meetings and events;
  • Excellent written and communication skills;
  • Proficiency in using standard software programs: Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
  • Language skills

    Strong writing and speaking abilities in French; fluency in English is an added advantage.
