STANDARD MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Completion of secondary school education. A post-secondary certificate in the related functional area is desirable.

Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in the related functional area.

Language: Fluency (level C) in English and Swahili language.

JOB PURPOSE

To support effective delivery and maintenance of client-focused, value-for-money oriented quality administrative practices.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES (not all-inclusive)

  1. Provide protocol, meetings, and conferences services to CBO clients, reporting and recommending solutions to rectify any major issues, to ensure efficiency and cost effectiveness of operations and services.
  2. Processing administrative actions related to CBO protocol, meetings, and conference requests to ensure all requests are accurately and timely recorded, processed in CBO systems and any operational issues addressed.
  3. Support collation and process information including dissemination to support the production of standard documents and reports for the CBO, to enable decision-making and the effective management of resources.
  4. Manage and maintain paper and electronic records within the area of responsibility in accordance with established procedures, to ensure swift and easy data access as required.
  5. Undertake research and perform basic analyses of data, to contribute to the provision of accurate information and effective management of resources.
  6. Be a first point of contact for CBO queries, to facilitate the provision of efficient and effective resolution of daily issues.
  7. Supporting provision of inputs to protocols, meetings and conference services. Support knowledge building and sharing including training of staff on administrative procedures related to protocols, meetings and conference services.
  8. Support other related duties as assigned by Head of CBO.
