Job Description

SCOPE OF WORK

IRC Hellas has already started the transition of all its procedures into a software. This requires a lot of adaptation processes both systemic and filing until the software and the backup documentation are fully functional.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Fix all databases needed to be uploaded to the software. Data entry and in vendors databases, assets, items/services that are frequently purchased.

• Check the validity of existing data through the relevant paper forms.

• Prepare all necessary filing for the data included in the databases i.e. vendor forms, asset register forms etc.

• Create Box folders to upload all completed forms.

• Clean up of both physical and electronic filing to fit the software’s requirements.

• General filing assistance.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience of administration and experience of large operations and similar positions of administration or systemic support.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal skills.

• Ability to independently organize work and prioritize tasks.

• Self-motivated, honest, highly responsible, and punctual.

• Ability to work both; independently and as part of a team.
