OBJECTIVES OF THE PROGRAMME

L'objectif general du programme de lutte contre la poliomyelite est de soutenir les autorites nationales pour eradiquer la poliomyelite, a la fois les poliovirus sauvages ou les poliovirus derives des souches vaccinales. Dans le cadre de la preparation et de la repons eaux urgences sanitaires liees a la Polio, au niveau du pays, le titulaire du poste est charge d'aider le programme national de vaccination a planifier,utiliser, gerer les stocks de vaccins, eliminer (si necessaire) et notifier correctement tous les vaccins utilises dans les campagnes de riposte aux epidemies de poliomyelite.

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES

Sous la supervision et l'encadrement du responsable du cluster, et en etroite collaboration avec l'Assistant budget et finances, le titulaire apporte son soutien dans les domaines suivants :Gerer toutes les correspondances internes et externes et soumettre tous les workflows (memos) du programme;Participer a l'elaboration et a la mise en œuvre du plan de travail du cluster et du Bureau Pays;Preparer le plan d'action hebdomadaire du cluster en attirant l'attention du superviseur ou d'autres cadres superieurs concernes sur les elements critiques ;Preparer les reunions internes ainsi que les ateliers nationaux et internationaux organises par le cluster ;Suivre le processus d'achats de biens et de services y compris les recrutements de consultants;Gerer les deplacementsdes membres du Cluster ;Tenir le tableau de bord des requetes et des appuis techniques fournis ;Suivre le budget des programmes au sein du cluster en collaboration avec l'Assistant budget et finances ;Suivre la situation de contributions financieres directes (DFC) et la gestion des mises en œuvre directes des activites (DI) ;Contribuer a la gestion des approvisionnements du cluster ;Assurer l'archivage electronique des donnees et des documents du cluster en collaboration avec l'Assistant charge des technologies de l'information et de la communication ;Preparer et soumettre des rapports periodiques au responsable du cluster ; Effectuer d'autres taches connexes qui peuvent etre attribuees par le responsable du cluster, le charge des Operations ou le Representant de l'OMS-Guinee.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education

Essential: Fin des etudes secondaires avec une connaissance des procedures generales en matiere d'administration. Desirable: La formation dans les systemes de gestion des Nations Unies est un avantage, de meme que des competences averees en redaction.

Experience

Essential: Au moins 5 ans d'experience pertinente. Desirable: Une experience pertinente a l'OMS ou une autre Agence des Nations Unies est un atout. De meme une experience dans l'utilisation d'Oracleou d'autres systemes d'exploitation est un atout.

Skills

Le titulaire maintient et se met a jour sur la maitrise de l'utilisation de la technologie moderne de bureau par des cours internes, la formation en cours d'emploi ou l'auto-formation. Il/elle se tient informe des changements dans les procedures et les pratiques, les regles et les reglements, la structure organisationnelle dans l'Organisation, le cluster. Il est en mesure d'informer les autres et d'expliquer les procedures.

REMUNERATION

WHO offers staff in the General Services category an attractive remuneration package, which for the above position includes an annual net base salary starting at GNF 140,227,000 (subject to mandatory deductions for pension contributions and health insurance, as applicable) and 30 days of annual leave.
