OBJECTIVES OF THE PROGRAMME

Des unites d'appui administratif aux pays (CSU) ont ete creees dans la structure organisationnelle pour aider les directeurs de service et les membres du personnel a assumer pleinement leurs responsabilites dans l'environnement du Systeme mondial de gestion (GSM) et garantir le respect des politiques, procedures, regles et reglements institutionnels sur toutes les questions et transactions administratives et financieres dans le contexte d'un progiciel de gestion integre (ERP).

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES

Aider a assurer un controle approprie despieces justificatives pour les paiements et les rapports financiers;compiler des rapports sur les fonds decaisses au bureau sanitaire regional.Faciliter le suivi des rapports decooperation financiere directe dus par le bureau sanitaire regional.Faciliter le traitement des transactionsfinancieres et suivre la liquidation, le cas echeant. Compiler la documentationdes decaissements effectues moyennant des bons de commande de mise en Å“uvredirecte (DI) et la soumettre au bureau central.Aider a la coordination des achats de biens et services pour le bureausanitaire regional en liaison avec l'unite centrale de logistique. Compiler lesdemandes d'achat de biens et services; accuser reception des biens etservices.Rediger les correspondances desa propre initiative ou sur la base d'instructions; ou les reorienter, lecas echeant, a l'attention de son superieur hierarchique ou des autres membresdu personnel concernes.Veiller a la bonneadministration des installations physiques et des dispositions relatives auxbureaux pour les membres de l'equipe, y compris le materiel, le mobilier et lesfournitures de bureau pour le bureau de l'OMS dans la region.Aider les membres du personneldu bureau sanitaire regional a utiliser leurs jours de conge. Surveiller lesdemandes de conges pour les titulaires d'accords de services speciaux etpartager les informations avec l'unite centrale.Fournir un appui administratifaux membres de l'equipe, notamment pour: le traitement descorrespondances; la requisition de fournitures de bureau et l'inventaire;la tenue d'un systeme de classement des dossiers.Aider le Bureau regional (oule pole) a prendre les dispositions logistiques necessaires (c'est-a-dire desdispositions en rapport avec les reservations d'hotel, l'hebergement, lesvoyages, les transports, les indemnites journalieres de subsistance versees auxparticipants externes, etc.).Tenir a jour une base dedonnees comprenant les coordonnees des homologues, des personnes ressources etdes superviseurs des regions.Fournir un appui administratif a l'equipe du personnel technique regional,notamment en organisant les rendez-vous et en maintenant l'horaire, en recevantles visiteurs, en passant et en filtrant les appels telephoniques et enrepondant aux questions liees.Collaborer avec l'unitecentrale des TIC pour aider le personnel regional a repondre a ses besoins enTIC.Effectuer d'autres taches connexes, selon les besoins oules instructions, y compris fournir un appui dans d'autres domaines d'activite.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education

Essential: un diplome de fin d'etudes secondaires ou un equivalent technique ou commercial. Desirable: Avoir accompli une formation en comptabilite, en administration et/ou en gestion est souhaitable.

Experience

Essential: Dix (10) annees d'experience pertinente. Desirable: une experience a des postes d'appuiadministratif a l'OMS ou dans une autre institution du systeme des NationsUnies serait un atout ou dans un grand groupe.Une experience de l'utilisation d'Oracle ou d'un autre progiciel degestion integre serait un avantage

Skills

Le ou la titulaire du poste maintient et tient a jour ses competences en informatique par le biais de cours internes, de formation en cours d'emploi ou d'autoformation. Il ou elle doit suivre de pres l'evolution des procedures et pratiques, regles et reglements, et les changements apportes a la structure organisationnelle au sein du departement, du groupe organique et de l'OMS, afin de pouvoir presenter cette structure a ses collegues et d'expliquer les procedures.

REMUNERATION

WHO offers staff in the General Services category an attractive remuneration package, which for the above position includes an annual net base salary starting at USD 33,709 (subject to mandatory deductions for pension contributions and health insurance, as applicable) and 30 days of annual leave.
