The Partner Success (account management) team, part of the Global Industries Team, focuses on delivering the outstanding quality of engagement to the 900+ Forum Partners, seamlessly across all industries and geographies.
We are currently searching for an Account Manager (Partner Success Lead), who will focus on building and reinforcing interactions with Partner Representatives from the Energy, Materials and Infrastructure Industries (Chemicals, Built Environment, Oil and Gas) at Forum Partner companies.
Responsibilities include:
- Responsible for maintaining ongoing Partner (account) engagement with the Forum, through building and maintaining relationships with partner Representatives
- Ensure retention by delivering on tailored engagement plans for Partners to address their priorities and deepen their engagement in relevant Forum activities
- Onboard new Partners into the Forum ecosystem by building strong working relationships with Partner Representatives and by ensuring the appropriate information is diligently documented in Forum systems including Salesforce
- Monitor partner news and health to flag potential risks for engagement, course correct actual engagement in line with engagement plan
- Lead Partners’ event preparation for institutional events (including event invitation, registration process, participant agendas, speaking roles and logistics)
Contribute to identifying areas of process optimisation and automation to ensure a flawless Partner engagement experience
To be successful, an Account Manager (Partner Success Lead) should:
Build relationships with Partner Representatives to develop and execute on engagement plans based on their business priorities and relevant trends for their industry sectors
- Understand and proactively manage Partner retention and engagement metrics and resulting actions
- Ensure Salesforce is used to its full capacity and that Partner information is duly documented and available to all
- Foster a ‘One-Forum’ approach, with immediate Account Team and internal product teams, centers, regional business and industry teams to Partners to guarantee optimal Partner engagement experience

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 5+ years of professional work experience
- Successful track record in account management and business relationship development, including proven ability to engage with Partner Representatives
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise in managing complex portfolios
- Excellent communication skills and command of English
- Capacity to apply critical thinking, synthesize various viewpoints, consult broadly, work collaboratively in a team
- Digital mindset and capabilities
- Occasional travel up to 15%
