Schedule and deliver training sessions for agricultural practices in the Nippes region.
You have:
- Formation en agronomie avec spécialisation en STA, économie rurale, ressources naturelles ou phytotechnie.
- Expérience antérieure dans la réalisation de sessions de formation sur les techniques de compostage et de gestion de la fertilité des sols.
- Recommandation formelle de la DDA (DDANI).
- Bonnes compétences en transfert de connaissances pratiques et en animation de séances techniques.
- Capacité à travailler en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe technique de Mercy Corps et les vulgarisateurs.
- Compétences en rédaction de rapports techniques.
- Disponibilité pour des déplacements fréquents en zones rurales ou isolées.
- Engagement à respecter le code de conduite de Mercy Corps.
- Les candidatures féminines sont vivement encouragées.
