Act as the focal point for SNHU program and support student implementation and progress.
You have:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Educational Management, Management, or related fields (a master's degree is a plus).
- Minimum 4 years of experience in student support as instructor, coach, or a mentor is required.
- Fluency in spoken and written English and Arabic.
- Previous experience in academic program coordination or related administrative roles.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Very good English language speaking and writing skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Desirable qualification: Master's degree is a plus.
- Academic or personal coaching experience.

Duties and Responsibilities
Act as the SNHU program focal point within the Youth Unit. Supports the implementation of a streamlined selection process for SNHU students. Ensure adequate learning resources are available including technology, stationary or lab resources. Produce a lesson learned report from phase I to improve the implementation of phase II. Coordinate delivery of SNHU Orientation sessions with the new students. Liaise with the labs coordinator or lab enablers to ensure proper schedules for SNHU students at the labs, whenever needed. Ensure streaming of university information to SNHU students on time. Report any incident, issue from SNHU participants (Internet, security, payment…) to the supervisor. Serve as a point of contact for students, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests related to the program. Assist students with program registration, course selection, and academic planning, ensuring adherence to program requirements. Monitor student progress, maintain records, and provide guidance on academic policies, procedures, and graduation requirements. Coordinate student recruitment efforts, including outreach events, information sessions, and application processes. Hold one-on-one academic coaching sessions and group sessions with the students. Organize quarterly FGD with SNHU participants to hear and learn from their experiences. Monitor program goals and objectives, track students' progress, and prepare reports for program evaluation and improvement. Attend regular meetings with GEM and the Project Support Office Prepare monthly or bi-monthly stipend payment sheet. Prepare weekly and monthly reports on the progress of implementation, commitment of students, challenges or any issues that need attention. Organize a Graduation Ceremony for SNHU graduates from Phase II.
Qualifications/special skills

Total remuneration: 5,844.00 USD - disbursed in monthly installments upon completion of assignments, in addition to indemnities of 8.33%. i.e. 1,582.70/month Contract duration: 4 months extendable according to performance and availability of funds
