Support activities for Market Systems Development in the SWAP-PED program.
You have:
- Diplôme universitaire (Licence / BAC+3 minimum) en communication sociale, sciences économiques et de gestion, développement communautaire ou tout autre domaine connexe.
- Au moins 1 an d’expérience au sein d’ONG internationales et spécialement les activités de redevabilité humanitaire et engagement communautaire.
- Solides compétences informatiques, notamment dans la gestion et le suivi des bases de données.
- Connaissance éprouvée des principes d’intégration du genre dans les projets.
- Excellente maîtrise du français (oral et écrit), du swahili et/ou des langues locales parlées à Goma et sur l’axe Sake - Bweremana.
- La maîtrise de l’anglais (parlé et écrit) est un atout majeur.
- Capacité à travailler en toute indépendance avec un sens aigu des responsabilités.
- Capacité avérée à évoluer au sein d’une équipe multiculturelle, doté(e) d’un bon sens de la négociation et de la résolution pacifique des conflits.
