Overview
Coordinate operations for Mercy Corps' field projects in Bukavu or Kavumu.
You have:
- University degree or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience as operations coordinator or sub-base manager in an international organization in Kivu
- At least 3 years in operations, logistics, finance, administration, or human resources at a relatively high level
- Experience managing teams
- Computer skills (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Ability to engage and interact with local authorities and other government representatives
- Good analytical skills and sense of organization
- Ability to work under pressure and in difficult conditions
- Fluency in French, both verbal and written communication skills
- Basic communication skills in Kiswahili
