You have:
- Have a higher education diploma of at least bac + 3 in logistics management, financial or accounting management, business administration, or business management.
- Have at least 3 years of experience in logistics management, resource management, asset management, or financial and accounting management in NGOs or international organizations.
- Have a good knowledge of international donor regulations, including USAID, ECHO, FCDO, SDC regarding assets and resources.
- Have a very good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, Explorer, Outlook, etc.) and database management.
- Have very good knowledge of spoken and written French, a good knowledge of spoken and written English is an asset.
- Be organized, methodical, and rigorous.
