You have:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in relevant fields such as Civil Engineering, Water Management, or Sanitation.
- At least 7 years of experience in emergency water/sanitation projects.
- Strong technical skills in WASH infrastructure design and implementation.
- Experience in donor communication and resource management.
- Fluency in French is mandatory and English is highly desired.
- Ability to travel frequently to field sites.
