Overview
Provide monitoring and evaluation support for the IERDC project in Bunia.
You have:
- Have a university degree (BAC + 3) or equivalent in Statistics, Mathematics, Monitoring & Evaluation, Biostatistics or a combination of equivalent training and work experience.
- Have at least 1 year of professional experience in Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning roles.
- Have experience with NGOs in emergency or development responses.
- Possess practical and theoretical knowledge of research and evaluation methods, qualitative and quantitative, sampling, in project monitoring, evaluation, and learning.
- Have strong computer skills and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, and use of software/applications such as: Power BI, Stata, ODK, ONA, KoboCollect, CommCare, etc.
- Demonstrate good writing skills: designing, analyzing, synthesizing, and drafting monitoring, evaluation, and learning reports.
- Mastery of French is mandatory, and knowledge of English is an asset.
- Be a resident of Bunia.
