You have:
- Have a bachelor's degree
- At least three (3) years of work experience in humanitarian analysis or conflict-sensitive research
- Strong analytical and writing skills (synthesis, deduction) with attention to detail
- Experience in data analysis and qualitative tools required, experience in quantitative analysis is welcome.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple tasks while remaining professional
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in French and English with proven ability to write on technical subjects
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office systems including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Ability to engage with information sources across different sectors, groups, and locations
