- Have at least a University License (Bac+3) in Building, Civil Engineering, Hydraulics/Water, Sanitation.
- Knowledge in the construction of WASH structures.

- Experience in implementing IPC/WASH programs in emergencies in Ituri.
- Fluent in spoken and written French (knowledge of English is a plus).
