Join the MEL team and support the implementation of the MEL system.
You have:
- Have a university degree (BAC + 3) or equivalent in Statistics, Mathematics, Monitoring & Evaluation, Biostatistics or a combination of equivalent training and work experience.
- Have professional experience of at least 1 year in Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning positions.
- Experience with NGOs engaged in emergency response or development.
- Have significant practical and theoretical knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methods and evaluation, sampling in monitoring, evaluation and learning of projects.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and software/applications such as Power BI, Stata, ODK, ONA, KoboCollect, CommCare.
- Ability to design, analyze, synthesize and write Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning reports.
- Fluency in French is mandatory, English is an asset.
- Residency in Bunia is required.
