Overview
Process and manage purchase requests efficiently for Mercy Corps in Bunia.
You have:
- Have a university degree in logistics, accounting, finance, management, economics or equivalent.
- Have between 1 to 3 years of experience in logistics and procurement in an emergency context, preferably with an international NGO, or two years in the same position.
- Have work experience in Ituri and reside in Bunia.
- Practical experience with the SAP Ariba Procure-to-Pay system is an asset.
- Master computer tools (Word, Excel, Explorer, Outlook, etc.) and have a good knowledge of database management.
- Have a proven ability to independently anticipate solutions to interpersonal problems with minimal supervision.
- Strong ability to communicate (oral & written) in French, English, and a local language is a plus.
- Clear understanding of procurement ethics and a willingness to comply with the policies of Mercy Corps and donors.
