Overview
Analyze and report security incidents across mission sites.
You have:
- Diplôme universitaire ou expérience équivalente en gestion de la sécurité, opérations humanitaires, sciences politiques, études de conflits, gestion de l'information ou domaine connexe.
- Minimum 3 ans d’expérience en sécurité humanitaire, opérations, gestion d'incidents, accès ou coordination d’urgence.
- Excellentes compétences de communication écrite et de reporting concis en français fortement préférées en contexte RDC.
- La connaissance d’anglais, du Swahili et du Lingala est un grand atout.
- Capacité à analyser rapidement l’information et à distinguer entre incidents mineurs, sérieux et critiques.
- Capacité à gérer des informations sensibles de manière confidentielle et à appliquer le principe du besoin de savoir.
- Bon jugement sous pression et capacité à escalader rapidement si nécessaire.
- Solides compétences de coordination et relationnelles.
